Adult Creative Art Workshops

Full payment is required at the time of the purchase online, via suenorrisart.com or relevant links to book the workshops provided by suenorrisart.com using the relevant secure payment portal.

Due to limited spaces, cancellation is required 48 hours before the day of the workshop, in order to get a full refund.

General 

The full workshop may not be recorded as a video or audio. Participants may photograph their own artwork. Permission should be sought should you wish to photograph another student's work.

Images taken by suenorrisart may be shared on our website; social media accounts; newsletters; general communication regarding services; and the press media. Images of student artwork will be credited with the artist's first name.

Artworks created in the workshop, under the guidance of the facilitator may not be sold (original artwork and/or prints) or entered into any art competitions. Artworks created with the aid of your facilitator cannot be considered original works solely created by you, rather they are collaborative in nature since your facilitator guides every step of the process and performs demonstrations on the artwork during the process.

suenorrisart MUST be credited as assisting in the creation of said artworks in the event of publication on any website, social media account and any/all digital /print publications.

By attending workshops, participants agree that all information, techniques, methods, medium formulas, modified tools and any other data shared within the workshops is for personal use only. This will be referred to as 'Workshop Intellectual Property'.

Participants may not use any workshop intellectual property for any financial gain, publicity or any other form of direct or indirect compensation e.g. participants may not: Conduct/facilitate any form of art class using workshop intellectual property; Collate and publish workshop intellectual property whether physical or digital; share publicly on any platform (digital, broadcast or physical).

As per QLD legislation, our consumer guarantee is to provide our services with due care and skill.

This means that we: take care to avoid loss or damage; meet a level of professional skill or knowledge.
